What can I expect when coming to therapy?
You can expect a true time away from your every day stressors to be seen, heard, and understood. No masks needed. We will go at the pace that is right for you. You are always the one ultimately in charge, though I will be there to guide, challenge, and support every step of the way.
What if I’m not sure if therapy is right for me?
I do offer a free 15 minute consultation if you want to see if my style is a good fit for you. I honestly believe we all need support at times and therapy is a such a beautiful way to honor your system and all that it is experiencing.
Are you covered by insurance?
I do not accept insurance directly, though I can share a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. HSA cards are accepted.
What ages do you treat?
I love to work with teens (ages 14 and up) and adults of all ages and backgrounds.
Where are you located?
My physical location is in Blue Ash, OH at the Kenwood Professional Building. Telehealth services can also be provided, if that is your preference. I am licensed in the state of OH, but also am credentialed with PsyPACT, which allows me to provide telehealth services to those in different states. Please visit psypact.gov for participating states.
